Hello And Welcome!

I thought it would be an excellent idea to introduce myself to you all.

As an Interior Designer, I’ve found that it’s important, for my clients to know who I am. So they can understand my working style.

For 19 years, I’ve worked in the Real Estate, Property Management and Construction field. I’ve always had a love for those industries. My dad who owns a Construction company has taught me a lot throughout the years.

As the founder and Principal Designer, for LS Living Designs I've had the privilege of connecting with lots of clients. And given my background and educational experience, I was able to start a business that allows me to be creative and share some of my Minimal Chic Modern and Contemporary style. I also enjoy other styles of decor and can design any style that my clients may like.

I was born in Toronto, Canada, but lived in the United States for 23 years. Right now, I'm residing in my hometown Toronto, Canada and I just launch LS Living Designs in November 2018.  I'm super excited to work with new clients and ready to take on new projects that come my way.

"Later on in my career, I got to a point where I felt like, I wanted to be more creative!"

When I started my business, It was very unexpected. I had so many ideas of doing something creative, but I didn't expect to be so passionate about Interior Design.

One great quality, I always knew I had was impeccable organizational and multi-tasking skills. Let's just say, I'm a natural busy-body.

When I researched, what the Interior Design industry entailed,  I knew this was my calling. It's so funny, but I offend think back to a time, when my mother used to call me a bird, because I was always moving around doing so much all the time.

Back in my teenage years, I would always clean my room and rearrange the furniture in my room to make it look stylish. As I got into my 20’s, my room transformation got more intense. I started changing my room colour, I brought new bedding to compliment the colour of the room, along with pillows and accessories. I guess from back then, I was in loved with Interior Design and didn't know it.

But during those days, It felt so good to reorganize my space, especially during the different seasons. As time went by, I decided to change my career. I enrolled into a Diploma course for Interior Design and from the first course, I felt excited and instantly knew this was what I wanted to do.

Now, let me just say, it was challenging. And being a wife and mother of two boys, I really had to find sometime to complete my Diploma. But what I've learned during that time, is that consistency is key.

"What I loved about changing my career is that, I found my passion!"

Now, that I’m an Interior Designer, I work more harder and feel more determined to provide great service, most importantly beautiful spaces for my clients. I always encourage my clients to make their space just the way they like it. I basically, make sure my clients stick with their sense of style along with taking some risk with colour and furniture items.

A lot of people ask why should I work with you. My answer to that is, I can make your space come to life and it’s all about creating a space you can’t wait to come home to.
